Los Angeles opened its new Gold Line light rail system on July 26, 2003. The 13.7 mile line is built on the right of way of the former Santa Fe Pasadena Subdivision. In this video you will see the entire line from Union Station to the end at Sierra Madre Blvd, including rock steady cab rides end to end in both directions! The video also includes extensive line side coverage showing you the downtown elevated section through Chinatown, the new bridge over the Los Angeles River crossing the Amtrak, Metrolink and Union Pacific tracks, and scenes along the beautiful right of way winding through the trees and residential sections of Lincoln Heights, Mount Washington, Highland Park, the high bridge over Arroyo Seco, South Pasadena, Pasadena, and scenes of the operations in the center of the I-210 freeway. In addition to the main program, there is an extended bonus section featuring the grand opening festivities for the VIPs and the media at L.A. Union Station, a look at some of the souvenirs, press releases, and other "goodies" given out by the MTA, a map of the line, and a gallery of still pictures, including some of the NIMBY signs seen along the right of way. | DENVER LIGHT RAIL |

Denver opened its highly successful light rail in December, 1994, with just 5.6 miles of track. Since then another 11 miles have been added, and the system runs from the north end of the city to Littleton. Two lines are currently operated; the C line from historic Union Station south, and the D line from 30th & Downing St. south.
In this video you will ride in the cab from Union Station southbound to the I-25/Broadway station, and northbound from Littleton/Mineral the entire distance to 30th St. Approximately half of the video was taped line side, showing you the downtown street running, the interesting operations along the BNSF/UP "joint line" with numerous freight trains running next to the light rail, and scenes along the right of way. You’ll also see landmarks such as Invesco Mile High stadium, the striking Millennium Bridge, and the three large flyovers, shown from the cab and line side.

Take a private historic trolley tour of the City! Climb aboard for a private charter tour of San Francisco’s trolley lines in historic car No. 1, built by Holman in 1912. Ride the F-Market line to the Embarcadero and Fishermans Wharf, then take Market St. to the J-Church line through Dolores Park, past the Geneva St. carhouse, the M-Ocean View line to West Portal, and on to the L-Taraval line to 46th Ave.
You’ll also see historic PCC cars and Milano streetcars, as well as modern LRV’s. Rock steady on-board sequences feature "motorman’s eye" view of the tracks, complemented by track side scenes. Includes some rare mileage over tracks not normally used in revenue service. 1811 Milan Tram, beautifully re-painted into the original yellow and white livery. Additionally, all currently
operating PCC cars are shown in the program, as well as one crashed PPC car in storage. We ride down the Embarcadero
in No. 952, and also ride a charter trip on-board car 1015 over the K-Ingleside, L-Taraval, M-Ocean View lines and
